Ne samo na nasim prostorima nego gledano globalno. Ne zato da bi se nekom dokazivali nego zato sto jedino tako mozemo napredovati i uciniti nas posao jos zanimljivijim. Naravno da smo jos daleko od svog cilja iako mislimo da taj cilj zapravo i ne postoji. Jer nema kraja i granice u kreativnom napredovanju a oni koji tako ne misle samo se izvlace i pokusavaju opravdati svoj neuspjeh. Ako pogledamo samo par godina unazad ne mozemo vjerovati koliko je opcenito uznapredovala vjencana fotografija i video. Uglavnom je tu bilo puno kica i jeftinih efekata a danas se veliki dio toga vec usporedjuje sa svjetkom modnom fotografijom i skupim mtv spotovima. A tako ogroman pomak dogodio se izmedju ostaloga i zato sto osim nas postoji jos dosta kreativnih ljudi koji ozbiljno shvacaju i obozavaju ovaj posao. |

www.my-street.org - My street is a project initiated in Bulgaria and done in Cuba in cooperation with Slovakia.
It is done by Bulgarian writer and journalist Diana Ivanova and Canadian-Iranian photograph Babak Salari.
Both artists traveled in 2009 to Cuba, met young people in Havana and San Jose de las Lajas and asked them to write stories about their streets and make pictures on them. |

www.89.nagledna.net - The Great Excursion is a sound installation examining my memories of the expatriation of Bulgarian Turks into Turkey in the summer of 1989.
Sometimes it's difficult to collect your memories from 20 years ago, especially if you were a child, at the age of 12 – only fleeting fragments, bits and pieces of stories, emotions and feelings. I create an imaginary puzzle of memories and feelings, stories: neighbors – an insult – a truck – bed-quilts and pillows – a fridge – farewell – tears – empty houses – empty classrooms – expectation are some of the words I associate with the term The Great Excursion.
